sunflower co-ord
co-ord set: diy
sandals: river island
necklace: topshop (sale)
sunglasses: primark
Look who got sewing machine happy... I picked up some cute/ugly fabric a couple of weeks ago and scoured the internet for a two piece pattern, and ta-da! It's not amazing, but whatever. I've got another print to make another one soon, so I might make the top slightly different or make a skirt instead of shorts. I feel that as I'm doing a pattern cutting degree, I kind of need to make sure I can actually follow a pattern, as I currently suck at it. I usually just sort of make my own as I go along, which is a bit easier!
Next on my list: pleather running shorts (cheaper than buying them!) and perhaps some cushion covers for my new flat. That, again, I haven't found yet!
Also, excuse the sunglasses, I actually decided that I don't like them but I don't have any make up on, oops!
update: if you look on my instagram (@glameramo) you can see the other one I made, as loads of people have asked, I think I'm going to make a couple more and sell them if you're interested (:

Absolutely love this, well done on making it yourself! It looks so good, and better than any of the two pieces you see in most shops. Wish ones like this were more widely available, I'd definitely consider buying a set if you made more for sale! x

LOVE THIS!! The material is so good! Especially with MORE flowers with the necklace. Yep, I'm going to say I'd buy a set.. (Although, I'm so jealous you can make it yourself I MAY even attempt to make something similar..?!)
