I was lucky enough to visit Myla and Davis' Brixton salon a few weeks ago for some fresh balayage and a much needed trim so thought I'd share the result with you!

I'm that person who always leaves the hairdressers in tears, so for me to tell you I'm genuinely happy with how it looks is a big deal. I had a lovely guy named José do my cut and colour, and he seemed pretty happy with the outcome too, so winwin.

I had a full head of balayage using a bleach that isn't as strong as regular bleach (?) and then an ashy toner mix put over the top. The trim was something I never willingly do, but my hair needed it! I love my hair when it looks dead, is that sickening? But I know in a few weeks it'll start to drop and die again...

Overall super happy with my hair, and definitely going to pop back in a few months and go a bit lighter all over for summer! I recommend a visit if you're local, a really chic salon with friendly guys and some fab magazines to read!
