A pretty basic outfit, but whatever. Regretting wearing such a short dress and generally billowy outfit on such a windy day. If you can see past the windswept hair, this is my new haircut by Hari's salon. I've got a post coming soon about my time there, and my new (reeeeeaaally) short hair!
